It is suitable for blowing the plastic film of low density polyethylene(LDPE),which is widely used for packing foodstuff, garment, hardware, adornments, and daily-use articles etc.
Characteristics:
1.The concave-convex button bag made by this machine set can be opened and closed at once. It is easy to lock and unlock and convenient for storage of articles.
2.The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CRMOALA high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitrogen treatment, which has high hardness, strong resistance to corrosion, durable service.
3.The die head is plated with hard chrome, of divided-flow type structure, with more uniform and smooth materials discharging. The blower has labyrinth structure, with more air output and fine cooling effect.
4.The coiling unit adopt swing rewinding mode, which rational speed can be adjusted in random.
